Sessions are by appointment only. Use the contact form, WhatsApp or email. Let me know if you prefer English or French so the session is comfortable and clear.

What music will be playing?

Peaceful music plays during your treatment. If you'd prefer your own music, or to enjoy your massage in silence, just let me know at your appointment.

How firm should the pressure be?

Sports and deep tissue work can feel intense. If the pressure or technique ever feels uncomfortable or too painful, tell me and I will adjust.

What should I expect afterwards?

Some temporary soreness or stiffness in the treated areas is normal and usually settles within 24–48 hours. Stay well hydrated — water helps support recovery and reduce post-treatment soreness. Contact me anytime after your session if you have questions.

I'm injured — should I book?

If you're in acute pain or recently injured, please see a physio or doctor first. Once you're cleared, I'm happy to coordinate.
