About me
Recovery for life in the mountains.
Hands-on treatment with a clinical approach. I'm a newly qualified Level 4 Sport Massage Therapist. I'm currently a Physiotherapy student and passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and reduce the risk of injury.
As a mountain biking and climbing enthusiast myself, I understand firsthand the physical demands of outdoor sports and the importance of both targeted recovery work and restorative massage. I have a genuine interest in supporting recovery, managing muscle tension, and helping people maintain strong, healthy bodies.
I offer tailored massage treatments designed around your individual needs — whether that's recovery, working on muscle tension, improving performance, or simply taking time to unwind.
While I'm currently improving my French as a beginner, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and aim to make every session comfortable, professional and personalised.

How I work
My approach
Personalised care combining sports massage techniques with a focus on recovery, performance, wellbeing, and the value of relaxation and recovery in everyday life.
- № 01
Listen first
Every session starts with a few minutes of context — what you've been doing, what hurts, and what you want from the session.
- № 02
Work specific
Targeted technique on the area that needs it. Working through different techniques to target the source of tension.
- № 03
Adjust + improve
Treatment works best when it's responsive. We check in throughout the session about pressure, discomfort, and focus areas so adjustments can be made to suit your body and make the most of your treatment.
- № 04
Send you out with one thing
A mobility cue, a hydration nudge, a recovery suggestion — simple, practical, and relevant to you.
